Sponsorship Tiers (all amounts in Canadian dollars)

​Platinum        $5,000    Highest visibility, speaking opportunity, recognition in conference materials.

Gold              $3,000    High visibility, session association, recognition in conference materials

Silver             $1,500    Foundational support, name recognition in conference materials

Other Opportunities (Open to All)

Refreshment Break Sponsor – $1,000: Sponsors will be acknowledged during the coffee break (signage) and highlighted in the conference program.

Sustainability Partner – $1,000: Contributions by sustainability partners will be collected to support the conservation of natural areas by the Nature Conservancy of Canada. Sustainability partners will be highlighted in the conference program.

• Deposits of sponsorship funds by using a major credit card, ApplePay or GooglePay can be done through a secure link (use the form below).  Other methods of payment can be arranged by contacting Prof. Yargeau. Receipts will be issued when the funds are received.

• Early confirmation of sponsorship by February 28 of 2026 ensures full visibility in all promotional materials.
