Biological Purification

The conference will be held at the Chestnut Conference Center of the University of Toronto.  This newly renovated conference center is located in the heart of downtown Toronto, Canada; within walking distance or a short subway ride to the many tourist attractions in the city. This next Micropol & Ecohazard conference will be held in Toronto, Canada during the first week of June 2026.  We expect between 200-300 registrants to attend the meeting. The call for abstracts will occur on September 1 of 2025 and registration will open on February 1 of 2026.

About the Conference

Every two years, the IWA Micropol and Ecohazard conference brings together colleagues from around the world to hear about the latest research developments on the fate and effects of micropollutants in water, wastewater and drinking water, including technologies for removing these contaminants from water.
